Orchard Ltd take responsibility for the Contractor from  the first instruction from a client, ensuring swift action on visits, either with the adjuster or surveyor or independently , reports & estimates, and then a programme of works detailing what is to be done and a  realistic view of a timeline to complete. We monitor progress on approved claims and will audit via desk validation and reports, and unannounced  site visits, the ownership for the claim through the repair stage sits with us, no hand offs, no excuses.!  We will ensure all parties involved communicate  and work closely with each other to deliver.

 

Joint visits reduce delays, we encourage these wherever possible, adjusters or surveyors along with either / or  Trace and access / leak detection, drying operators and Repair contractors, this allows immediate mitigation, swift production of schedules of works required and any soft or hard strip out needs agreed and progressed at that meeting. The time this saves when all parties are together is potentially weeks off the` life cycle `of the claim, and potential cost saving on AA or disruption allowances to policyholders would go a long  way to covering the fees for the overall  service we provide.
